Whether you're overwhelmed by overflowing closets or struggling to find calm in your kitchen, our Declutter & Simplify service is designed to bring order and ease to your everyday life. We guide you through the process of letting go, organizing what remains, and setting up smart storage solutions that work for your lifestyle. What’s Included: Room-by-Room Decluttering: Hands-on support to sort, categorize, and simplify your belongings. Storage Solutions: Recommendations for bins, baskets, shelving, and other tools to keep your space tidy and functional. System Setup: Custom organization systems tailored to how you live—making it easy to maintain long after we leave. Disposal Coordination: We’ll help arrange donation pickups, recycling, and haul-away services—but these are handled by third parties and not included in our pricing. Best For: Kitchens & Pantries: Streamline meal prep and grocery storage. Closets: Maximize space and make daily dressing effortless. Bathrooms: Create calm with clear counters and easy-access essentials. Home Offices: Boost productivity with organized paperwork and supplies. Kids’ Spaces: Tame toys and set up systems kids can follow. Garages & Utility Areas: Turn chaos into clean zones with practical storage. Pricing begins at $150. Duration starts at 2 hours, depending on space size and scope.
Cancellation Policy
At Vella Space, we are committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience for every client. Please review our booking and cancellation policies before scheduling your service. Booking Policy: A consolation is required before booking any service to ensure we understand your needs and create the best organizational plan for your space. The consultation fee is $ 50.-, which will be applied toward your booked service if you proceed with a Vella Space package. After your consultation, you will receive a customized service proposal. A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 50 % deposit. Consultation fees are non-refundable, but they will remain valid for up to 90 days if you wish to book a service later. In the rare event that Vella Space needs to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative, and your deposit will be fully transferrable. By booking a service with Vella Space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for trusting us to bring organization and ease into your home!
