Whether you're moving into a new home, setting up a calming corner for self-care, or making your space more family-friendly, we help you align your environment with your lifestyle, values, and routines. What’s Included: Move-In / Move-Out Services: From packing and unpacking to setting up functional systems, we make transitions smoother and more intentional. We’ll help you start fresh with organized closets, pantries, and living spaces from day one. Mindful Spaces: Create areas that support wellness—like meditation nooks, reading corners, or energizing workspaces. Family-Friendly Design: Layouts and systems that support kids, pets, and busy households, with easy-to-maintain zones and smart storage.
Cancellation Policy
At Vella Space, we are committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience for every client. Please review our booking and cancellation policies before scheduling your service. Booking Policy: A consolation is required before booking any service to ensure we understand your needs and create the best organizational plan for your space. The consultation fee is $ 50.-, which will be applied toward your booked service if you proceed with a Vella Space package. After your consultation, you will receive a customized service proposal. A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the 50 % deposit. Consultation fees are non-refundable, but they will remain valid for up to 90 days if you wish to book a service later. In the rare event that Vella Space needs to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative, and your deposit will be fully transferrable. By booking a service with Vella Space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for trusting us to bring organization and ease into your home!
